Ordering and Payment
Ordering is done only at www.mr-holmes.com.
Payment is done using PayPal.
You will be instructed on how to pay, when we recieve your order.
The item will be shipped as soon as your payment is registered at PayPal.
Shipping Information
Your order will be delivered by DHL Global Mail within 15 working days.
Delivery Charge
All countries: 12 Euro.
Returns
Within two weeks of receiving your purchase, you may return it.
Providing the item is in saleable condition when we receive it, your payment is returned to your account.
Delivery costs will not be refunded!
